Get Ready for the Fall season of Client Work.
You are invited to join an exclusive group of 10 coaches that we will guide through a 4-month intense program. We are combining group trainings, individual coaching sessions and community meetings, to help you re-enforce what you bring to your clients and how.
BONUS: After the program, we will continue with another 6 monthly meetups until March 2025.

- Rethink what client problems you are solving and how. And define strong value proposition of your services and identify your ideal client profile.
- Develop impact metrics that align with your program and the client’s needs.
- Practice influencing sales conversations that go beyond just discussing training goals.
- Become a change agent and increase your value to your client.
- Manage stakeholders: Improve relationships with HR, team leaders, decision-makers, and participants. Enhance your impact through communication before, during, and after the program.
- Build your sales materials and social strategy.
- Leverage #AI (ChatGPT) in your value positioning, product launch and success metrics.

Module 2: Program design for impact

Module 2 is all about designing the participants journey. We’ll begin with the fundamentals of training design and then focus on making a powerful training flow and advanced facilitation techniques. You’ll learn how to:
- Link broader program goals to logical training sections
- Improve the training flow, connect different parts effectively, and get the timing right
- Choose the most appropriate content and methods based on your training goals and the needs of the participants
- Add more games and fun activities to your training and create new exercises
- Apply similar content to different goals and diferent content to same goals
Individual coaching and mentoring #2 (Individual session, 75 min): Program Design
Present your improved program design (using frameworks, insights and material from module 2) and receive feedback from your experienced trainer. We will roll up our sleeves and work with you to make it even better. / timing TBD with trainer
Testing your program with your clients.
After you improve your current offer and program, it’s time to test your client’s response. Don’t worry, we’ll show you exactly how to do it and how to get their feedback in the most efficient and helpful way possible.

Module 3: Participants case studies + Training design for lasting and tangible impact

This module’s goal is for you to build robust way to measure your impact, and to gain new ideas and learn from others.
- You’ll present part of your program flow, training session, and challenges. Cohort provides feedback to improve your program.
- Further build follow-up and habit reinforcement elements of your program.
- Refine your “Value proposition – Client pain – Workshop outcomes – Impact metric” connection.
- Set-up success measures (your program KPIs) and instruments of collection.
