Here is how all of this looks like:

Module 1: The WHAT of the Impact Canvas (part 1)

Discover how to guide your clients from what they say they need (”a workshop for xy”) to what the true desired business impact is and how exactly to measure it. That enables you to differentiate and tap into a totally different budget (not the ”HR budget” but the “Core business budget”). Learn how to use the Gallup Q12 and other common (and uncommon) metrics to show the impact of your program.

Module 2: The WHAT of the Impact Canvas (part 2)

Learn and practice on your case how to create and present a compelling pitch to the client. A pitch that will differentiate you from all other coaches and trainers and position you as a core business partner to the client. You will become a Master of Impact in their eyes and they will turn to you as a partner for changing how people lead, collaborate and engage.

Module 3: The HOW of the Impact Canvas (part 1)

Now that we have clarity on what the desired impact is and are positioned as a Master of Impact, it’s time to deliver. This module will guide you through a structured FLAS framework that helps you think about the core components of your delivery – how to make people Feel, Learn, Adopt and Shift. You will work on your own case and what you create in this module will serve as the basis for the next module.

Module 4: The HOW of the Impact Canvas (part 2)

In this module you will ”get your hands dirty” and create a program to deliver the True Desired Impact. You will assembe the puzzles and design strategies and exercises for engagement of all the participants of the program. You will create an effective flow of the program, ensuring people stay engaged and have fun while building core psychological foundations for change.

Module 5: The HOW of the Impact Canvas (part 3)

This module will provide you with concrete examples and templates for exercises and advanced facilitation techniques that you can utilize to achieve specific goals with different types of groups (small groups, big groups, leaders, employees, etc.).

Module 6: The SHOW of the Impact Canvas

This module builds on the understanding that true, lasting impact only happens through consistent efforts, which only happen if we have some quick wins to celebrate. You will learn how to identify and engage all the key stakeholders and how to design feedback mechanisms to keep them engaged, informed and motivated to continue on the path of change (whether this is org-wide culture change or ”merely” a shift in how a small team operates).

Individual Coaching with a dedicated #impact coach

You will get a personal experienced Thriverse #Impact coach, that will help you implement the learnings from the session and support you with your own personal #impact journey.

Peer-to-Peer sessions

The purpose of the peer-to-peer sessions is to tap into the brilliance of the other coaches in the cohort and get (and provide) support and coaching to them, bounce ideas of each other, give each other feedback and spark new ideas.

    FAQ

    1. Do I receive training and resources to use your programs or would you be teaching me concepts, frameworks and philosophies to apply to the programs I create or both?

    You actually receive both by attending this program:

    • BOOST one or two of your existing programs for maximum impact while getting the skills to use these concepts in the future as well. Impact Booster is not so much that we would “push” our programs, but more about ”boosting” one or two of your existing programs for maximum impact. You would work on yours, applying frameworks, concepts, tools, processes, best practices that we will train you on. Then, in every project, the Impact Canvas becomes a blueprint for a specific client journey – you can use it to plan, align your team, and deliver your projects amazingly every single time.
    • Gain our expertise (and IP) in “similar” programs: Here, we would also offer suggestions, advice, proven templates and content from programs that we are also running with clients (like team, leadership team, senior leadership team, coaching academy, one day sessions, etc.).

    2. Is there a certification in the end?

    Yes, you get a certificate of completion (issued by Thriverse). The program is not yet ICF (or otherwise) accredited, but we are planning to go that route as well in the future. When we get accredited, we will automatically reissue your certificate.

    3. How long will I have access to some form of cohort?

    The next cohort starts September 25th. 3 months in duration. After that, 6 more months of cohort after-program sessions (to cement the learnings). Plus lifetime access to future alumni meetups (which will include the whole #impact #network). 

    4. What is the total access to coaching hours from Thriverse #Impact coaches throughout the program?

    You get 6x 2-hour group sessions + 4x 1-hour individual sessions with us + 6x 1-hour peer-to-peer sessions with other participants in the cohort. All the details are also in the timeline and program description above.

    5. If I wanted to do something together with another coach could we work that out?

    We don’t see a reason why you couldn’t e.g. collaborate on a joint program as part of your participation in the Impact Booster program. In fact, if you work together, we would highly encourage it, as more brilliant minds = more impact, and we’re always FOR more impact! 💪

    6. At the end of the journey, what do you think will be the biggest reason I say, "This is the best things I could have done with my development money and time!"?

    8. What happens if I miss some of the sessions?

    All the individual sessions are agreed upon with you so there is no way of missing those. As for the group sessions, the early birds have some say in scheduling the dates to suit your schedules. If for some reason you still find yourself unable to make one of the sessions, we ensure all of the sessions are recorded and links to the recordings shared with all the attendees of the program. Many times also those who attend the sessions find great value in rewatching them and extracting new insights from going through it at their own pace.

    9. Is this program right for me if I’m just starting out as a coach and haven’t had any clients yet?

    First, congrats on embarking on this wonderful journey. While the program will be highly impactful to you even as a beginner, you will get much more value (and be able to add more value to other participants) if you already have some experience.
